The Plot

Set 5 years after the events of the last evo episode.

Apocalypse has returned secretly and has quickly taken over mexico and Florida and is attempting to conquer america. He is imprisoning weak mutants and humans.
The X-Men and Magneto have allied to fight Apocalypse. Though still hated by humans the X-Men and Brotherhood are tolerated because they are helping battle apocalypse and his growing forces....The war against apocalypse has begun.

Meanwhile Apocalypses plans have started, his 2nd in Command sinister has started work on creating a super mutant by using the dna from the most powerful mutants in the world. This project is dubbed Mutant Alpha, Sinister has already aquired the D.N.A of Apocalypse and hmself, he now wants Xaviers, magnetos,Mr Immortals and the dna of a undecided mutant.
